Our gift cards are sent electronically to the email address associated with Qarrot account.

If you didn't receive your gift card, the first thing to do is check your spam folder.

Still no sign of your gift card? It's possible the email has been blocked by your email service provider.

Instead, go to My Rewards and click on 'Redemption History' at the top of the screen.

Then, click the 'Details' button next to the gift card you didn't receive.

You'll now see all the details of your gift card. You can either print this information or click on the available link (if applicable) to use it immediately.
