If you're having difficulty changing your password, it could be for one of the following reasons:
1. Your password reset email went to your spam folder.
This doesn't happen often, but it's possible that our password reset email went into your spam folder. So, always check there first.
2. You haven't activated your account.
When your Program Administrator added you to Qarrot, we sent you an activation email (Welcome! Let's activate your new Qarrot account).
If you didn't click on 'Create Password' in this email, then your account likely hasn't been activated. So, if you try to change your password using the 'Forgot password' link on the login page, then you still won't be able to login.
The solution is to find your activation email and click 'Create Password' to activate your account and set up your password. You can also ask your program Administrator to re-send you the activation email.
